Alex Engel is a Manager in RMI’s Carbon-Free Electricity Practice. Alex led the development of RMI’s modeling tools that analyze the potential of portfolios of distributed energy resources to obviate the need for T&D solutions and/or new thermal power plants. // David Posner is a Technical Manager in RMI’s Carbon-Free Electricity practice. He is focused on evaluating the impact of tax policies on the clean energy transition. // Uday focuses on how to use cutting edge data and financial, policy, and regulatory analysis to help drive a just transition to clean energy.
