Toniic was founded in 2010 by a global community of impact investors consisting of Lisa Kliessner, Charly Kleissner, John Kohler, Morgan Simon, and Sean Foote. 1

Toniic would later turn its investment focus to support high net worth individuals, family offices, and foundations with interests in impact investing. 1
