Climate Justice Alliance is the grassroots champion for vulnerable communities fighting harmful extractive industries. Climate Justice Alliance (CJA) is a Detroit-based collective of seventy urban and rural frontline communities, organizations and support networks. Established in 2013 as a grassroots movement, today it comprises seventy organizations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico that support indigenous peoples, African American, Latinx, Asian Pacific Islander, and poor white communities in the fight for social and environmental justice.
