Having seen the world navigate the worst pandemic in a century, while the scientific community successfully innovated a vaccine in record time, I came to COP26 with the optimism that we now had the tools and innovation to solve another emergency –– climate change.  Coming out of a year and a half of lockdown due to Covid-19, attendees at COP26 were eager to meet each other in person.
